Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new shoes, so if you are not completely satisfied with your FitFlop purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in a resalable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy mailing bag or shipping carton.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
